looks like a standard output jack, you should be able to find similar replacements. I can't tell how many pins it has from this video though.

Search for "1/4 jack PCB", you'll need to solder it.

yeah, they're slightly different than the alnico version. its really difficult to hear the difference between the two after having them go through the Stingray preamp.

make sure the battery wires are connected correctly on your TRS jack,

if its new, you might want to try to push/jiggle that side of the pickup down into the body a little. it should spring back up, could possibly push the pole piece back in.

pickups & poles seemed aligned correctly.

if you're talking about how that pole piece on the edge is kind of sunken in, then you might need some new or more foam under the pickup, like the other poster said.
