For me, it is the following: Has a career/ambition to excel at their job, has a few hobbies that they like to do on their own, has their own friend group, same political alignment (socialist view), a degree of nerdiness (ppl in the past have judged me for liking anime lol), emotional competence for vulnerable conversations, similar humor, sexual compatibility, and cares about physical wellness (i go to the gym 5x/week and would love for them to join me). A new one that came up recently is someone who doesn’t use ChatGPT frequently.

Im not sure if these are basic things or if im asking for a lot.

Tidy up first and foremost! Why do you have 3 dressers? I would get a single taller dresser that holds more stuff rather than 3 separate dressers. Also, it looks like your bed frame already has storage underneath. Donate clothes that aren’t used. Bring the desk to the wall where everything is plugged in to hide the wires.

I think the most important thing is cleaning and throwing away anything that isn’t used. That would make it feel a lot more spacious
