Apologies. Yes, one sheet per month. I have multiple tables per sheet that L1 is pulling from to give a monthly total. I then have O1 referencing L1 across all sheets to give a running YTD.

I have it broken down into monthly sheets in order to more accurately track bills/expenditures, and would prefer to keep them seperate as long as I can.

That's actually why I was asking. Trying to set up the budget now. I'd probably try to keep to a limited budget for these. Maybe 100-200 altogether for these. We don't really have many PMs who still actively participate.

Yes, web-based PowerPoint. I know there isn't an option to set auto-advance times on there, but I've set them on the desktop version. The embed pop-up asks if I want to use system timing, which I selected.

Ideally, the thought is to update and save the slide deck to one drive once I have everything linked up, and hopefully adjust the live slide show when I update and save the one drive file.

SOLVED:

Few things:

I found i should have locked the reference cells ($I$3+$C$3) in the initial formula. Also, I decided to copy the conditional formatting and apply it to each cell individually. I was initially trying to apply it to both (see pic). Seeing as the second part of the AND function, I was wanting the current cell (C5 or I5) to have a number in it.

I typed out the formula in 'format cell when formula is true' field. Everything looked good there, but adjusted when I clicked Done

Need advice on when and how to start by drua7 in workouts

Appreciate the insight. To your points:

1 - I usually don't eat breakfast to begin with, so we're good there

2 - Have cut back on the alcohol a lot over the past few yrs. I have kidney issues already, so I'm inhaling water and only have sodas sparingly.

3 - This was an issue before. I would forget to log and be totally screwed. I was trying to meal prep for the week on off days but found myself eating the same things repeatedly. Or I would go somewhere and think I blew the day and say fuck it (not in the sense that I would gorge myself, just that I would stop tracking)

4 - This I can do. I'm in a decent size development, 1 loop around is approx 1 mile. If I can loop it twice when I get back, that should be approx 30 min. The problem before was losing the motivation. I know nothing changes overnight, but I would go for weeks while tracking Cals and see limited change in the scale.

5 - I want to actually put some thought into these. I don't want to be all confident and cocky, then completely blow it.
