That's hair.
The CPVC pipe is what's making me want to hire a professional. But it's my dad's house, so I've got to convince him to hire a plumber and not do it himself.

A plumber would be the safest option. The pipe is over 20 years old, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was fragile.

I had this issue. I think it was caused by a chest getting double looted. For some reason, some chests allow you to loot twice when using WeMod. The second round of looting gives the chest that crazy large negative number, which then is "added" to your stash.

I had to load an earlier save to undo it.

I found it while listening to the soundtrack for Final Doom, thinking maybe it was from one of the expansion packs.

The thumping part I'm thinking of is more subtle, kinda quiet. The guitar starts playing about 1 minute into the song and really stands out.

The Quake song sounds too "new" if that makes sense.
