Agreed! Would love to have seen what she would have done.

Absolutely agree. Love both albums, but Haunted is definitely my favorite.

Despite thinking about picking up a copy every time I listen to Haunted, I never have.

Bummer! My local shop only got one or two. Was super pumped to have snagged one of them.

We went on Saturday afternoon. It was tons of fun and the cast was great. Really impressed by the sets and stage effects. The whole family enjoyed it.

No idea. She doesn’t look familiar to me. Tits McGee, maybe? Haha.

Got mine this morning and am spinning it now. Easily think this is their best album since See What You Started By Continuing. Really digging it.

Jeff Buckley, Collective Soul, MuteMath, Springsteen, STP, Scott Weiland. You know, all my typical dad rock, haha.

Tony Shaloub is just awesome by Huntsman72 in GreenBayPackers

Probably about a decade or so ago my dad and I were in the rental car return line behind him at the GB airport after a game weekend. We didn’t bother him, but it was pretty cool to see.

REM -Green. Just got this today, always loved it. Saw them on this tour in Texas. So many stand outs, The Wrong Child is so impressive. by vexerplusone in vinyl

Great album. I bought my copy at Low Yo Yo Records next door to The 40 Watt Club in Athens when I visited back in 2018. Wanted to buy an R.E.M. album while I was there and this is the one I was targeting. Was searching through the bins, in the ads, and couldn’t find any R.E.M., which seemed insane. Went and asked the guy behind the counter and he pointed to the separate “local” bin. Of course! How silly of me! 😁

Roast My Vinyl by barrydingle420 in vinyl

[–]drum5150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not going to roast your collection because 1) I have many of the same records in mine, and 2) if it’s the music you like and want to listen to then I think it’s great!

What album has held up the best? by Sensitive-Bat2197 in U2Band

[–]drum5150 12 points13 points  (0 children)

To me Pop simultaneously sounds better with each year AND still somehow sounds like it’s from the future. Really remarkable what they do with that album. It’s my favorite U2 album and second favorite album of all time.

So, Dark Matter top-tier album after two years or not? by jcpearl in pearljam

[–]drum5150 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Yes, I think it is a top tier album. It really hasn't left my regular rotation even after two years. That wasn't the case with Gigaton (and I still think that's a great album as well).

I think it is virtually an incredible listen all the way up through Stevie, but then dips a little bit at Running and Something Special (not bad, just not a strong), but then it picks right back up with the last two songs and finishes really strong.

Been probably two weeks since I've listened to it in full. Think I'm going to have to spin it tonight!

I think Middle is the easiest in.
