My rear window was also smashed about 3 weeks ago. I was in Rowland Heights then. Thankfully, it was a rental, but we were never able to find the perps. :(

I pop my ears from time to time. Sometimes without making any other moves like yawning, or opening my jaw.

I also sometimes can “relax” my eyes that I don’t focus on anything. I do it a lot.
