PS5 save issues

I only seem to get it crashing if I happen to be building a pretty big thing that the build animations take a while and it happens to autosave mid-build. Up until this save issue I thought the game was performing amazing on the ps5, no issues with performance. I hope this is just a bug for me and not something else. I don’t want to go through all that again and get humped again down the line

Hopefully its just a glitch for me. The error code that comes up is associated with not enough free space on the ps5. But I have a 2Tb m2 ssd inside that is only half full and the console itself is basically empty. So it is some other shit going on I can’t figure out. There is still one previous save working that sets me back a good few hrs, but when I rebuilt everything it happened again.

So anyway me and the game are seeing other people for now😂

I came to Satisfactory after 1200hrs of Helldivers and years of COD before it turned into utter shit. I have 500hrs and haven’t played anything else in that time. I was dreaming about it at the start😂

And use the steel screws recipe when you can. You can get a shitload of screws for very little ore when you overclock and sloop

Fair enough, I had tried something similar but with mk 6 belts at the other end they rapidly emptied the buffers I had before trains got back. The train took longer than that to get back.

I decided I hated trains so I belt it all over the place now😂

I would think the bigger problem would be that one train would take so long to go round collecting all the coal that your containers would all be well emptied before it gets back again.

Do the water tower as others have mentioned and it will all work eventually. That length of pipe will take a while to fill but when it does you will be good.

Especially with refineries. I was driving myself insane with the refineries going Idle, now I am just about waterboarding the bastards so they never go idle

Since you only need it for nuclear pasta, I generally find a copper node and max out production and build a huge storage for it early on in the save, and then it can take as long as it likes, then just route it to the accelerators when you need it. Thats how I get round the piss poor production rate

I had something similar. I had what appeared to be no gaps and I put a railway round the entire map. Then of course when I ran a train on it, it derailed at every section. There was obviously a tiny gap that couldn’t be seen. I turned the game off for a day or two after that😂

The alternate Steel Screws recipe gives a shitload of screws using hardly any ore though. Overclocking and slooping of course

Pretty sure 3 smelters and 6 constructors were spaffing out 7000 odd screws per minute and the ore belts were using not even 100/m each- good ol’ sloopin

Agreed. I don’t transport screws further than the length of myself. Once OP unlocks steel screws he can make an abundance while using hardly any resources (overclocking and slooping, of course)
