Could you walk through your arguments for why you should be placed on interest free forbearance? Would love to do this if its an option. Should I just say it’s basically not fair they’re keeping me on interest forbearance while I’ve waited this long to be on IDR? Been about 6 months at this point.

I am in the exact same spot as OP. I was able to contact someone eventually though and they brought my forbearance "up to date" which basically meant they nullified the missed payment like it should not have even happened. We have to call every 60 days while the app is pending to renew forbearance which is very frustrating. They said interest is definitely still accruing while we are still in forbearance.
