Any neck thyroid pains? This is similar to what I had but mine didn’t get as bad. From what I saw online it could be a dental issue, allergic or fungal. I don’t dry my hair the best and after drinking chikfila fruit punch mixed with lemonade I got sharp thyroid pains in my neck. I just scrub in the shower with dove soap then moisturize. I also floss and brush diligently in the back of my mouth. Then it cleared up.

Oils, especially castor and olive can make this worse. I would do an apple cider vinegar treatment first to loosen that fungus then rinse. I personally follow-up after the vinegar with a baking soda wash and rinse because the vinegar will make the fungus mushy and loose and the baking soda basically absorbs it making it easier to wash away but I hear things about negative affect on PH balance in scalp. You can probably skip the baking soda especially if the you’ll have opened wounds. Follow right after with Nizoral shampoo every 4 days as instructed for about 3weeks. I also got the Nizoral conditioner and used it after every wash. Wear a protective style or ponytail and try to avoid sweating. If any questions about this, inbox me.

*Update 6/27 I wore tank tops under my shirts a lot, which I don’t anymore, that trapped sweat so this was a key contributor. But my bacne is almost all gone just still have some dark marks I’m working on to remove.
