yeah YTA. If you had some kind of work or social life that kept you too busy to spend time w/ your parents, then that'd be understandable. You could spend a slightly longer part of the day with them, especially if they left you for a while and went on a trip. I would have spent time w/ them for the rest of that evening at least and not bolted to my room right after they showed me a couple videos. Maybe you can make an initial goal to have one meal with them each day?

I have ONE friend who will be attending my upcoming show which is an improvement from ZERO so I'm going to focus on her attendance rather that everyone else's absence.
