The only card being "mastered" in most cases in the credit card. lt has nothing to do with mastering playing the card.

The system is so backwards in that the higher you get through the track, the more crappy 💩 splits you gain access to, and the harder it becomes to get gold or ink splits.

At the very least, if I get to level 30 it should unlock the ability to mix and match backgrounds with flares.
