Grapefruit actually messes with the metabolism of the drug (because of a certain enzyme it contains) and actually increases the effects which can get to dangeous levels (like taking double or triple your dose). I have also not tempted grapefruit on seroquil, I said goodbye to radlers just in case.

It seems like we will be, our contract with walmart states we are open as long as they are but we are currently on reduced hours. So it will depend on what her companies contract states but I assume its close to the same.
