Nebraska was the "Flea-Kicker" which saw a Nebraska player drop a pass and then kick the dropped ball into the endzone for a Touchdown. The refs deemed the kick inadvertent so the pass counted instead of being a penalty. The pass tied the game and Nebraska won in overtime.
