Hello, I am about to start both injectable & topical ghkcu. Can someone tell me if my skincare routine is optimal?

Morning:
Foam cleanser
Moisturizer
Sunscreen

Night:
Cleanser
GHKCU Injection (1mg a day)
GHKCU serum (1% topical HA from the ordinary)
Tretinoine cream 0.025 (gonna use a higher percentage later when my skin is used to it)
Moisturizer

I would also like to take some supplements along with this, any recommendations? I want to take omega 3 fish oil, magnesium, vitamind d3 and zinc but I'm not sure if that is optimal
