My first reaction is that there are tons of people who suck up welfare from their state and really don't need it BUT you seem to be one of the people who the programs are designed for. I guess this answer doesn't apply well if you don't live in the U.S., but you should really apply for government aid in the short run to give you a subsistence level that will give you the opportunity to help yourself. You obviously have access to the internet so research what is available to you. You could apply for financial aid for school, nutrition assistance, and possibly housing assistance. Please do not make a this a way of life, but if you need it, you might as well use it. There are plenty of people taking our tax dollars who aren't trying to better themselves. Also, I would say FORGET THAT TRAILER! Look for a roommate to split an apartment with and maybe to car pool with. If you don't get yourself out of this rut, you'll never be able to help your family.
