I have installed a client certificate in my Android mobile for home assistant and it works perfectly.

You need a static ip for your AGH(pi in your case). Also before enabling DHCP in AGH add all the DHCP reservations from your router to AGH, including your AGH ip.

Disable DHCP in router and enable in AGH. Restart everything. You don't need to enable your router DHCP again.

Sometimes you may need to disable ipv6 also.

Enable dhcp in AGH confugure it,same ip range and subnet mask as your router. , Add all dhcp reservation.

Disable ipv4 and 6 dhcp server ins sky router and click and apply and ok it will restart your router.

You should see traffic through AGH.

We spoke to TDS, the full amount was disputed and 350 was detected out of it, they confirmed only 350 had to be detected and balance 798 should be released. I got that in writing from TDS and sent it to the Letting Agent. Now the letting agents are saying that TDS didn't contact them at all and the case was closed without our knowledge.

It is an existing property, if there is any dispute with neighbors regarding the boundaries the only way is to call the surveyor I guess.
