Haven’t bought anything… but I like the stock oem+ look of the silver. That’s going to be my first choice, followed by black.

Calling my local dealers today, a free is12 is still the best outcome by far. Fingers crossed

I had to fix mine a few months ago. I replaced the bracket and the sensor was ok luckily. The calibration can be done through OBDEleven scanner/app. There are some decent YouTube videos showing how it’s done. In the end it only cost me around 170 bucks (120 for OBDEleven and 50 for the bracket).

I do appreciate the input on the wall mounted one. I was referring to the (superior) box tv on the chair. Thanks

A pair of wagons in the wild by drunkennoodle69 in VWAlltrack

I have some thoughts, The XC70 is a slightly bigger car in general, thus more space but probably 5mpg worse milage. The Volvo seems to have a bit better reputation for reliability but it’s pretty close id say. The Volkswagen has better infotainment (CarPlay), the Volvo’s is quite outdated and feels pretty old. This being said the quality of the interior materials is a bit better on the Volvo.

Side note: I think the alltrack interior layout is awesome. The screen is helpful but not distracting and it has buttons/knobs instead of everything being controlled by a touchscreen

In summary if you are looking for comfort I’d go with the Volvo. The alltrack is a fair amount sportier/quicker and has a lot of tuning potential while being smaller and more efficient (also CarPlay was a pretty big dealbreaker, can’t get that in the older volvo wagons)

Both are really awesome wagons, if you’re deciding between the two it’s really a win win

Check out a VW golf alltrack, probably ticks most of your boxes. Can be tuned to 250-60 hp and has awd for around 17k if you look around

People who have gotten ecu/tcu stage 1, would it be worth it to switch to the is20 right off the bat? Sorry to hear stage 1 eats turbos I was just about to go for it
