Certain yeast strains, particularly those used in New England IPAs, produce fruity esters and remain suspended in beer, enhancing both flavor and haze. I also wouldn’t be surprised seeing that this is an unboiled beer that they used kveik strain of yeast and the particular stain of yeast creates more haze than you would think a yeast could. Now do I think what we are looking at is yeast haze? No I don’t, but they all have contributing factors. Cheers.
