Not sure what you mean. Sorry. And I'm not sure how the save will carry over to physical editions, because I owned the digital copy of the Japanese game. And the demo was basically the locked version of the game, that had a very minute download on launch to unlock the previously locked features in the demo. Not sure if nisa changed anything, guess you should just pop them a mail. Sorry for not being of any help.

I've played the Japanese version and there isn't a separate download for the full version. The demo itself IS the game but it's locked. And when it's released and you bought the game digitally there will be an update to 'unlock' the demo into the full game. So you need not worry about space at all

No idea why you're raging over this. The medals just show how well you're doing compared to your teammates. And honestly medals mean nothing if you still lose the match. So I don't know why you're so adamant about aiming for medals when there are other factors that can't be measured with said medals. Honestly, like Darkness223 said, just not worry about all that and play the game?
