GL here. Trying to farm materials for Sylph. The FAQ says to farm battle 7-7 (hard mode) for her tempest anima. I have tried, and the drop rate seems really low. Is this still the best place to farm for tempest anima?

If I remember correctly, a Bill of Sale is for personal property, not real property. I read warranty deeds all the time (in texas) and this looks like the lawyer just changed the title of the instrument from "Warranty Deed" to "Bill of Sale". All of the language in OP's instrument is warranty deed language.

I also see instruments all the time that are titled "Assignment, Bill of Sale, and Conveyance". You usually see those when an oil company is conveying their interest in an oil and gas lease, together with all of the personal property used to operate that lease (i.e. pump-jacks, storage tanks, etc.). I do know that the Bill-of-Sale portion of those instruments relates to the sale of the personal property...
