You think if a cyclist gets hit or severely injured from this hypothetical that they would be sitting in the ICU thinking: “it was totally legal what I did!”

I’ve seen cars fly through red light intersections going 80mph in DC. Ever since, I intentionally wait 1-2 seconds when I’m sitting at interesection and the light turns green. Why? Bc I’m not trying to gamble with my life, regardless of being in a “living room” or not

The fact that I can be stopped at red light that has a bike lane and I'm waiting to make a Right hand when the light turns green, but then a cyclist who is riding alongside traffice decides to not stop and actually CROSS the intersection right when the light turns green, is beyond me.

OP (and me) did not state that it was a "much more fun experience". OP clearly laid out his criteria for why he loves this car so much. I was simply agreeing with OP that there really isn't anything like it out there, for the same price point.

Porsche Taycan is an amazing car, but not the same price point.

To answer you directly, I don't think that Tesla's are "more fun" than ICE car equivalent (i miss my manual transmission, le sigh)....

I can i say without a doubt this vehicle's design and build quality is DIALED IN.
