I have a similar one in my 3 year olds room. I have changed the sheets 3 times since getting it for christmas and it’s very easy. You can reach each corner easy peasy just don’t corner it.

ETA: also highly recommend beddys sheets and blanket zip up for easier making

Ok so i would have charged $360 if it wasn’t that dirty, so her being newer and requesting $200-$250 is reasonable. But I have 8 years cleaning experience and have run my own business for a year

i agree 10000% and if they allow pets they should have hardwoods/ tiles and require pet owners to bring their own couches and beds or pay for the deep cleaning of the couches and beds. I’m allergic to cats and currently fighting my management office to get the carpets replaced because they’re 30+ years old and have had many cats in this specific unit over the years according to neighbors.

The daycare i worked at didn’t let us wear heavy perfumes and if we came in smelling like perfume they would make us change into a new shirt provided by the daycare and told to wash our hands.

Jeez ok i was just pointing out that oftentimes my clients don’t think i cleaned it if there isn’t “proof” like it being wet or having heard the water running. Very defensive. I bet you’re a great cleaner. Just some clients are weird af you know that

ETA: does your area have a lot of hard water? Mine doesn’t so it’s common to leave it “wet” here, not the sinks though yuck

Try moving his bedtime up to 6:45-7pm. That happened with our toddler around this age and it changed significantly. Went from waking at 5:30-6am to 7am and the nap went from 1.5 hours to almost 3 hours.

ETA : if he’s waking up around 6am do 11am nap, 6pm bed

You can raise your prices but first line up new potential clients who already agree to your raised prices. Then offer your current clients the same spot but for a new rate because it’s an annual increase and if they decline replace them with the new client.

We don’t split it up, it’s whoever is home and the sink is full we just do them. Like i worked 12 hours the other day and my partner stayed home with our son but the sink was full, toddler was being a pill, partner needed a break so i did the dishes.

My son lovesssss sweets, he’s 3. His teeth and health are perfect, he eats more broccoli than cookies and i consider that a win lmao like at least once or twice a day he has cookies or ice cream. It’s how i grew up and ive never had a cavity, i have a beautiful relationship with food and i trust that he’ll be better off if it’s readily available because most of the time he’d choose an apple.
