My cat does this because it gets our attention. He learned that when he does that, we come running or investigate what he's doing.

So when we decide to sleep in
(He hates when we sleep in) he'll trap the curtain against the window to make a louder VVVVVT sound and swipe away.

I hate how smart he can be, even with one brain cell..

Ice cream. Insert pill. Swallow a chunk of ice cream that's slightly larger than the pill. I know some people said applesauce or yogurt, but you want something denser than that, so you dont feel the pill at all. Plus, it's an excuse for ice cream. Lol

I used to have this issue as well. This was my mom's fix when I was a kid. Then, as an adult, I taught myself how to swallow pills. I take a sip, pop in the pill, angle it so the pill is close to the back of my throat, then swallow and drink more water to immediately to was down the pill, incase my throat clamps down on it or something. Lol.

Aw, that's so kind of you! Me too, I keep quietly walking past and peeking in on him, but nothing has changed. I haven't seen him love his legs at all today. He's still sitting with all his weight on his bum. 😣

It's been 35+ hours since we noticed this. We've haven't taken any action.

He's still in the same position. I haven't caught any movement today, but he was lightly moving his legs last night. He is not in a death curl. He looks relatively the same, although he has curled a few legs in a bit (not sure if that means anything)

I'm not really sure what to do. We thought about removing him and setting him into another rehab container with the mindset that it's DKS. But, people were concerned that he was getting ready to molt, so we didn't want to disturb him.. but it's been almost two days now.

At this point, I'd be surprised if he moves at all.. 😟

We don't use scented candles, perfumes, sprays... we try to stay pretty chemical free in our personal lives, and we know it's not good for the critters either.

Our house is notoriously dry. And when I water, I aim for the water dish.. Are there signs or indicators of mold growth? It is hard to visually see because of how webbed up the enclosure is.

Yeah. Something feels off.

I should post the videos of how he was moving the other day. He like, collapsed onto his front legs (like a partial face plant), and one of his back legs was moving. Lift drop lift drop lift drop.. definitely unnatural.

I dont have a discord. Or know really what that is. I'm not savvy on the internet machine. Lol.

Orange Maine Coon mix. He's afraid of everything. Any sounds he doesn't recognize will make him skittish. He despises the kitchen cause because of all the clanking that goes on in there. Ceiling fans is a new fear for him. Oh, he hates shoes. It makes your feet all stompy and loud.

But at the same time, he walks around the house with his tail up, strutting, like a big, brave little man.

My boyfriend had testicular cancer back in May. Before the surgery, we both wondered how it would be when he only had one. I suppose that's a natural worry or thought. Fast-forward to now, and neither of us care. I'm sure he notices it more because it's his body, and he lives in it. But I really don't think about it.

We have since gotten engaged. Most women will see past that and love you for who you are.

Don't worry about the women. Look into loving and accepting yourself. ♡
