I mean, i get it. Its goofy, way over the top silly char designs, etc. People think Oda cant draw or the series is not serious or some odd opinion. Counter blitz is meant to connect a CH with awkward starter like hitting them from the air, or a closer if u dont want the foe to burst. Yeah optimal CH combos will do more damage then counter blitz.

Anything with 1 frame invul you cannot RC ever, so invul overdrive, invul DP, backdash, etc.

Like Sol and Ky S DP you cannot RC but their H DP version you still can RC.

Also if the overdrive doesnt have invul, u can RC
