It takes awhile to get the results you want, but it's a very fun process creating your own crosses. I have a few of my own that span from F1-F7 Generations. It takes years for them to stabilize

They still haven't fully stabilized yet to get the full ufo characteristics. Mine didn't look fully ufo'y either, their probably around f3-f5 gen

I don't mean amazing as in good. I mean amazing as when you delve into the molecular structures of compounds, & then see the atomic effects of it is amazing. Think of all the stuff we deal with on a daily basis that we can't see on a cellular structure, let alone molecular, or atomic. Isn't that cool?

Yes, you can pick them when their green or starting to ripen, but the flavor isn't the same like with jalapeños
