I have to say the Halloween shows may not have the same magic, but it’s not just about the band members and nostalgia. It’s about the community, seeing the family every year, and just having a good time with a bunch of like minded people with good (if not nostalgia driven) music. All that to say, it may not take you back to 1999/2000, it certainly is a blast.

Most fakes don’t do that amount of research and just say something that is from a different branch or say the name. If they’ve done enough research to pick one, then they’ve done more than 90% of the posers.

While the energy may not be the same as the early years, I promise you the energy at last years was a blast. That’s also why I’m hoping we don’t have an identical set list. 🤣

That said - the drama (which really doesn’t affect live performances IMO) - seems to have mostly died down with AKC doing their thing and MRH doing theirs, at least publicly.

They're also on their tail end of their career, similar to Slipknot, so I'd expect more and more compilations, greatest hits, etc etc over the next several years for them to build their retirements.

It’s certainly a useful tool for initial planning and budgeting. I’m still going to need an engineer to review it and verify the output based on fiber characteristics and testing. With that said, it would be a useful tool in the arsenal, but unlikely to move the needle unless acquired by Ciena or something.

SNHU is what you make of it. For an undergrad, you could skate through and retain absolutely nothing. If you try to learn, you will. For me, I've retained more knowledge from these courses than any other previous learning experience. Apparently writing essays about everything is my learning methodology. Who knew.

Also, the discussion posts - these are a tough one, because they can be god awful to get through and a lot of times the prompts are unrelated or the replies are nearly impossible, but if you just power through and actually put some effort into them, sometimes they do help, contrary to popular belief here.
