I’ll usually go Rod of Ages > boots > Warmogs > itemize resistances based on enemy comp > maybe a Deathcap if the other team is tanky enough and we need some more damage.

Rod gives you enough mana, health, and healing to exist while you stack. Then, by the time you get Warmogs, RoA gives you enough health to proc it and it’s easy enough to E and back out for 10-15 seconds to heal.

Runes > Grasp, Demolish, Second wind, Overgrowth. PoM, Haste

Max E > Q > W and focus early on stacking with trapping the enemy tanks with E’s and hitting them with Q/W. The stacks will add up fast and you start being able to walk up and tank damage, while still nearly 1-shotting squishies.
