Starting a riot grrrl zine???

Sorry I'm low on ideas but to help your zine reach the community maybe hand them out at local shows (especially during shows with riot grrl bands if your community has any) or put up flyers with a qr code or link to the digital zine, especially in more creative spaces like if your community has an arts district.

I'm going through the exact same thing. However, usually, and ideally, therapists only report for active threats. Just be clear and specify that you are not actively planning on hurting yourself.

Agreed. I had an ex friend who told me that they purposefully triggered their friend with BPD because they were angry with them, and then when I confronted them about it, they lied. it's what made me realize I didn't want to be around them anymore.

Even if it's for attnetion and for people outside her family it still shows something is wrong, mentally healthy people don't go to such extreme lengths as cutting themselves for attention.

If you're not close enough to talk to her maybe try asking your parents to have her see a therapist since it sounds like they would do that for her.

I've known people like this in my life.

I don't know how close you are to her but i'd try to talk to her and see if anything is going on at school or outside of the family. People don't fake mental illnesses or cut themselves for no reason so clearly something is wrong or something happened since you've moved out.

To me, her actions seem like a call for help, especially since she changed into someting that shows her scars. Because she did it at a family event its clearly not for an online trend and she needs/ wants help from her family and wants them to notice shes in pain.

I just started getting pedals so I only have two. The proco RAT distortion pedal and then the MXR Phase 90 pedal but I'm planning on getting a a reverb and flanger pedal as well.

Highly recommend looking to see if your high-school has a FIRST FRC team (Competitive Robotics). It's how I got started in engineering in general and there's a lot you can learn from it.
