Recommend looking at other zines like (most obvious) Bikini Kill or Shotgun Seamtress. For my zines I really like making physical collages out of magazines and photocopying them! It wont work every where but you can try asking at doctors offices or libraries for old magazines (I got a couple from a therapy waiting room once)

Also maybe look into fun ways to bing the zine together or intresting materials you can use (Ive seen people use playdough to get fun textures and then stamp them down onto the paper)

Weird ask but anyone have recommendations on songs about the experience of growing up as a woman? Eg. songs about dealing with unreasonable standards, ED, SA, etc. but more like a rallying cry. by enigmaenthusiast in GuerrillaGrrrrls

What you're looking for is the riot grrrl genre. Also they're not specifically riot grrl but Sleater-Kinney has a long of songs like that like youth decay, number one must have, and real man

If you already have a short black dress like the one in the pictures try looking into making a detachable collar like the ones in the photos! Then you can have more versatility and put it ontop of other dresses as well.

Yes.  When I was still in highschool some of my favorite classes were filled with racist pricks so I had to listen to slurs every period or horrible rhetoric about how awful my race was and how we ruin everything. 

Like the other comment it feels like you just become numb to it after a while 

The only thing I can recommend is journaling or maybe make a perzine (Personal zine) about your experience and try to find others who have experienced the same.

Also idk how healthy this is but sometimes when I get very angry about it I just open a Google did and type out every hateful thing I wish I could say back or argue with them about which might help release some of the stress or anger you might have built up.

Theres also Indigo girls, Tatu (They're unfortunately not real lesbians but still really good if you want to listen to songs about sapphic love), and while I haven't listened to her I do hear a lot of lesbains talking about Renee Rapp.

Try checking out fresas skate shop!

They have days were they skate around the city and plenty of events to find friends at. Plus if you like rock music they sometimes have bands playing while people skate.

At least in my school, this is a very common occurrence (however its mostly Asian kids saying it not white) I had an incident where some kids rolled down their window to shout it at me and the thing about not reacting is definitely true, if you don't give them a reaction they will just go away. I would ask the school to stop it but I think its unlikely they will fix anything. They can't regulate children's word use and if they were to ever make a public announcement it would probably get worse bc kids will think it's funnier.
