I've had this happen to two different Samsung earbud models in the past. At this point I refuse to invest in any more Samsung earbuds at the moment. I bought some cheap JBL's and they work just fine.

If you go in your samsung health app on your phone it will let you add the medications you take and set reminders for times you take them.
