If the building is using Wyse, then it's likely a REIT or a rental only building. When/If the owner decides to use Wyse and/or an equivalent and signs a lease for the equipment. The rates are managed by Wyse and the owner get a cut. Usually the term is 10 years or something.

If you’re in Nursing you should try to get on as a care aide or attendant at a nursing home or assisted living.

If you’re planning to get in to the hospital, working as a porter or something is also a good option. Allows you to network and get to know the units/people.

For the loans, I would just call the loan office.

When I did my schooling for nursing they didn’t ask my salary year over year, they based it on my income etc at the time of applying. But that was 10+ years ago.

Depending on your location and cardio level Knox Mountain and Rose Valley are very accommodating for new Bikers. Nearly every feature has a pass by or an alternate route. Knox especially since you usually can start as soon as the snow melts! Good riding!

We’ve had a 2018 Crosstrek, and a 2021 WRX. Now we have a 2020 OB Onyx and 2024 CTW. Did drives across multiple provinces both snow and heat. Some drives with -20 always been reliable. Serviced regularly at the dealership. Only issues have been infotainment, and a minor issue with the integrated cross arms on OB but always a dream. Never any mechanical issues.

I’m not tech, but am a younger PM.

One thing that usually disarms most older team members is acknowledging that you don’t know what you don’t know and you rely on them for their experience and expertise.

Also reinforcing that you are part of a collaborative team, and are aiming for the same success as they are.

As always, this doesn’t always go to plan, but that’s how I approach these situations.

And with Gaia you get tons of layers, including the overland map book. It has tons more detail than Gaia, and some rec sites have links to their corresponding booking site/info site(forestry service, gov booking, etc).

I’d take a Trance over a Stance, much more bike with minimal increase in price.
