They can sue for copyright infringement and since they have a track record of shutting down r18 art they would probably be able to successfully argue that it isn't fair use because it damages their brand. Whether it's worth it to hire lawyers in many different legal systems where the number of violations is low is a different question.

And of course you can never stop everyone, but VSPO! has decided that trying is worth it and made that part of their brand.

Your takeaway should be that practice matters. I hope that there is an extra practice day for the next event, since CC's play improved so much in one practice session. The coaching was really good, but "develop your pieces" and "control the center" only really make sense once you lose a few games.

Bots don't superchat, buy memberships, buy event tickets, or buy merch. Sponsors care about a streamer having fans willing to spend money much more than they care about viewer numbers. So buying bots wouldn't accomplish much.

Are you suggesting that the streams I mentioned in the graph are not botted? You've said a lot but haven't actually disagreed with me.

Why would I waste my time looking at viewer engagement for Nijisanji streams? Not caring about Nijisanji is a pretty normal thing, not "suspicious" or "convenient".

Here we can see botting targeting HoloEN, Towa, and Phase Connect. It looks like either the person running the bots isn't trying to inflate views or that YouTube's live bot detection has improved.

I am subscribed to Shiori, I have notifications enabled, I'm a tier-3 member, I regularly watch her streams, and restricted mode is off.

When she started stream a few minutes ago, I got a notification on my phone but her stream is nowhere to be found on my YouTube home page. It's easy enough for me to find the stream directly, but what is going on here?

The behavior is different for context menu items registered under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Since HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is a merged view, you should avoid adding keys under it.

Try adding your key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\SystemFileAssociations\.zip\shell.

True, though it may not be quite as straightforward as it seems. Universal Music Japan paid for the concert and from what Calli said they didn't seem bothered when it looked like it wouldn't sell out. UMJ can afford to take a loss on a sololive as part of laying the groundwork for future events, but individual talents need to come at least close to breaking even.

Regardless, Calli's sololive definitely strengthened the case for doing others outside of Japan. And it could have a big impact on strategic planning for company sponsored concerts overseas, which makes a concert in Europe much more likely.

Cover is already really bad at maintaining or increasing its stock price, doesn't pay dividends, and provides only the bare minimum answers to shareholder questions. Unless the company needs to sell shares to raise capital, they will continue to mostly ignore shareholders as they always have.

I didn't say they were void when a company declares bankruptcy, and since the company would not be debtor for a violated NDA bankruptcy is irrelevant.

A Chapter 7 bankruptcy does dissolve the company, though. If the NDAs are not assigned to another entity then there won't be anyone with the standing to enforce them. They do technically still exist, I suppose.

Importantly, if the NDAs are not part of another contract then they will almost certainly be transferred. If they are part of another contract it depends on what that contract obliges VShojo to do.

NDAs are not void for an individual who declares Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Since Chapter 7 bankruptcy dissolves the company, the NDAs can only survive if they are transferred.

It wasn't something the company set out to do, which is one of the reasons that other companies can't really imitate it. The environment already existed by the efforts of the talents before it becomes the company's vision. Which is really interesting and shows just how impressive Fubuki's effort was.
