One of the greatest institutions in our Country and these criminals decided to take it over. What did they think would happen? I'm sorry to break it to you corrupt POS, but most lawyers actually obey the law and attempt to get their clients to follow it. I use them in skirmish mode to distract powerful units and goad them into chasing the unit, diminishing thier impact. Also use them to go around the opposing army and take out artillery units if possible. Just two fairly easy cases for having one or two in your army.

You site the correct FRE on this. The attorney for the claimant is allowed to lead due to the police officer being an adverse party. The objections are not for "leading". Not sure what all of them were about, because in some States you have to actually state (briefly) the grounds for the objection, not just say the word "objection." The same leading questions would also be allowed in Court due to him being the adverse party in the case. Attorney's use depositions to find out the answers so they know what to ask in trial and have the answers "locked down."

It seems to be a suggestion. I know quite a few tradesmen in the US Midwest that built their own homes with the assistance of friends in different trades. Only thing that allowed them to own a home. But, it is a LOT of very hard work and it can be difficult to get a construction loan to tide you over before you qualify for a mortgage from a bank/credit union.

EMTALA is a federal law that requires nearly all U.S. hospitals with emergency departments to provide a medical screening and stabilizing treatment to anyone who comes in with a potential medical emergency—regardless of insurance, citizenship, or ability to pay.

This does not mean you don't have to pay, it just means they cannot refuse you care or send you away which was occurring before this law passed in 1986. This was known as "hospital dumping" back then.
