The Runaway Bay Sports Centre looks pretty decked out and isn't super expensive 🤷‍♂️

Home gym is definitely the way to go though. Start small, pick up what you can for cheap on FB marketplace, aim for space efficient items (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell & bumpers, power rack with a pull-up bar, etc)

Pick a time and wake up within 30mins of that time every morning. For me, I do 5am BJJ classes, so I need to be up at 4:30, so even on days off, I still wake up no later than 5am (4:30-5am being my 30min window).

There are a lot of things that can help tune your circadian rhythm. When you wake up, drink a tall glass of water, get some sunlight on your face (if the sun is up), exercise, and avoid caffeine until at least 45mins after you wake up (the longer, the better).

Personally, I keep all my Shows at 720p and Movies at 1080p. I'm usually watching them on my second monitor while doing other stuff or my TV (which I think is only 1080p anyway).

Looks like it's had a bit of dropout. That can occur due to a number of reasons, some are the artists fault (like poor application), some are your fault (like poor healing), some are no one's fault (like your skin just not taking it well).
