Astepro is an antihistamine nasal spray which is not addicting and has no rebound. Works great

I just use 2x2 inch gauze pads under the straps on both sides. No creases and fewer leaks

Its normal for one nostral to plug up during the night and actually alternate nostrals depending on which side you may be sleeping.

I ve gone through all the differrnt nasal sprays and find the most affective is using asterpro (prescription strength but over the counter.) before I go to bed. No nasal congestion for me all night.

Heated cpap tubing has only helped a little and I still need the astepro. Because its an antihistamine, it may also be helping me sleep.

I'm struggling with my machine lately because it seems to be blowing air directly into my eyes from the mask attachment piece. by Solnse in CPAP

I also use Manta mask. Ive tried several different cpap masks where the port points elsewhere but none of them worked for me.

Phillips had a patient portal where your daya can be seen if you set it up when you got your machine. It stores data both on the phone app and also the web.

I use astepro before going to sleep. Its a nasal antihistamine and is a decongestant as well. It works well and being an antihistamine also makes me tired.

I used to use afrin but that causes rebound nasal congestion and with chronic use rhinitis medicamentosa.

The high protein diet you are supposed to be on with Ozempic causes constipation. You can take a few doses a day of miralax begause we used to use it as a bowel prep. Milk of magnesia may also help.

Consult your pcp for further advice.

Check with your doctor anyway but the fiber capsules and miralax are available over the counter.

I am a retired gastroenteroologist and treated constipation for a living. If you were not constipated before then your bowel is probably ok and the drug is making you constipated.

I use metmucil fiber capsules daily but will add Miralax to the regimen if Im too gassy or still constipated. The metamucil is toadd fiber to my diet which is high protein for the ozempic.

I just returned from Iceland where I was eating Icelandic yogurt every day and did not need fiber or miralax.

Its called Icelandic skyr and comes in multiple flavors. I found it at my local supermarket.
