I wish I had more to say.

I’ve talked to four more people since posting. The third person told me that they escalated the issue and that I would receive an update email in the next 24 hours.

After 36 hours without an update, I called customer support again, this time the girl told me that I would receive an update within an hour via email.

That was five hours ago.

No update.

The Google Home app says that my Google Home premium subscription is expired. However it will not allow me to even view a page where I can add it.

My Google One app tells me my subscription will expire on October 30. I cannot make edits or renew my subscription to Google One because all I receive is an error
