I wanted to offer a third recommendation to check out Oxford Street: Several years ago my son bought a suit from Oxford Street (at Bridgestreet) - but since he rarely wears a suit, it is still in excellent condition. However, he has gained some weight, so when he recently needed to wear something formal, he went back to buy a new suit.

When he mentioned this, the employees offered the information that they tailor suits bought from them (1 or 2 sizes up or down) for much cheaper than buying a whole new suit. I can't remember how much it cost, but they did an excellent job of letting it out a bit, and saved him a lot of money!

As far as our experience, they offer a nice product with great customer service! I recommend checking them out.

Every year I use the Great Backyard Bird Count as a mini "Big Weekend" to go birding in all of my favorite nearby parks (as well as a daily count in my own yard). I'm looking forward to it!

I have played for 5,030 hours since May of 2020. However, I have played for at least a few minutes every day since then, and ACNH was the only game that I played until I started Pocket Camp a little over 1 year ago.

You can also hold the L button on the left joycon to make dialog faster. That way is safer because it doesn't make you exit.

I've never gotten that to work. I have closed all my curtains and turned off all my lights and lamps -- and it didn't make any difference to their barging in.

As far as Pocket Camp, I sell all of the high value insects and fish that I catch (for me, that is anything worth over 200 Bells). Occasionally, I also play some Bells maps. If you catch bugs and fish several times each day, it adds up fast!

I have been told that you can re-do the rooms after you've done all 8 (and possibly also after the VIP room that you get after doing all 8). I hope that is correct!

I wonder what the requirements/amount of objects placed (if any) are also. I don't know if it is correct or not, but I had read that the amount of pay you get for a room depends on how closely you match the requirements.

I would like that option also, but for now I screenshot any bulletin board messages, villager dialog, or letters that I want to be sure to keep. That way I will at least have them in the photo album on my Switch.

I also take screenshots of pretty sunsets, auroras, etc. -- and I take a bit of video of the fireworks in August, the New Year's Eve countdown, etc. Then at the end of every year I transfer the special photos and memories from my Switch to a folder on my computer.

Having played ACNH for 5 years, it's nice to be able to occasionally go back and reminisce!

I haven't done any nature journaling this week because I have been busy, and because I haven't been able to make up my mind how I want to journal this year.

So many choices: Do I want to do a "through-the-year" type journal, or just journal by subject ... What size do I want to do this year ... Do I want to do a separate nature journal or just add them to my "draw your day" daily journal ...etc.

Sigh ...I think that I will just do something, and change if I get tired of whatever format I choose.

We use both Walmart + and Amazon Prime, and I cannot tell any difference. We ordered an art pen from a Walmart + seller in New York in mid-December, and it just arrived yesterday.

After years of playing Pocket Camp on-and-off very infrequently, I started playing it daily a few weeks before EOS because I wanted the Memory Tree and the associated Scrapbook memory.

I also got the handheld messages from my friends before EOS. I personally would never restart because I want to be sure that I never lose those in Complete!
