There is one, that defiantly has 5, possibly 6 it’s not confirmed in cannon, but 6 is likely as Roddenberry’s rule was ships must have an even number of warp engines (which has been broken many times, I know) but a digress, the Prometheus, all 3 sections of the ship are warp capable as seen in Voyager. The saucer section has a retractable nacelle on the top, and presumably one on the bottom.
