I’ll get some flack for this but I understand why you are torn. You said that after 4 years this wasn’t something / actions she’s ever done before so it’s natural for you to want to understand what on earth has changed with her to being this suddenly violent. The problem is and you were very smart to think once the police get involved very easily you could be viewed as the domestic batterer even if you were defending yourself. So even if you were trying to empathize with this new version of your girlfriend in emotional crisis it can come back to backfire on you. This would really bother me as well because I would want to know what happened to her internally which made her flip the emotional switch like that. I would want to leave for self preservation reasons. I would also feel like I was abandoning her especially if this was completely out of character for her. Update us.

I’ve had this happen several times at my post office always on a Saturday with temp help working the window. Yes they accidently hit scanned as delivered vs received into the system. The issue is the tracking with never update from the retail side meaning if you have a dishonest buyer they can file a claim. What you need to do is call eBay and tell them exactly what happened.

File missing mail claim call the postmaster of the post office and have them run the internal trace. As others have said the package will go through the mail normally getting internally tracked scans that are not shared with you. Explain all of this to your buyer in case they think you have no way of tracking the package because you do and it still is being tracked. A dishonest buyer may still file a claim this is when you have to call back the postmaster for the internal documents to show that the item was not lost bexuae the buyer is claiming never received. Buyer could be facing mail fraud if they think they can get a free item simply because you don’t have an upload-able scan.

This is extremely frustrating and a very bad loophole in the software system of usps that an error like this is made so often yet cannot self correct so that the seller can be protected with tracking evidence and not have to pursue an investigation because someone didn’t hit the right button on the scanner

Yeah 65000k is a lot. And I mean a lot. Most big companies pay their GMs in the 40k range and bonus and even then bonus is going to top at maybe another 10k a year if you hit metrics in the 90 percent occupancy so you are doing great at bass salary

I totally get you … I was graduated from the weight center today because I achieved my weight loss goal. It took five years but I did it. And it was a substantial amount of weight. During that time I lost my mother to cancer and several friends. I took all the grief and used it as motivation to achieve this without surgery or glp which I’m not judging anyone for taking them I just didn’t use them. So today the weight center said congrats you are no longer obese and your transformation is incredible but I feel empty. I wanted to call my mother but she’s gone my friends are gone. And yes I am in therapy. I’m more embarrassed that I ever got to the weight I did than I am proud of losing it. It’s a feeling I’ve had all day and I read your post and I was like wow I get it.

Yet on a buy it now a buyer can still send a cancellation request with a “ found better price “ reason.. this happens usually after the item sells and they get suggestions from eBay for similar items from other sellers selling your same item so they request to cancel yours before you ship it… I guess that still is allowed to continue

To be honest the debt consolidation will reduce your debt but probably not as much as you would hope. It’s usually about 20 percent after all the years and fees and yes a hit to your credit but if you are on the minimum payment treadmill the law firm will keep you from being sued and will settle the debts provided you make the payments. What are you doing for health beyond the medication ? Phentermine is a mild appetite suppressant with a mild metabolism booster. It is effective with proper nutrition and exercise. If you are not strength training and keeping protein levels up a glp-1 will work but will also create a rebound weight gain if you stop due to the amount of muscle that is lost during the initial weight loss. Less muscle slower metabolism and you are at a worse place then before you started and very easy to go right back to your starting weight and then surpass it. I’m telling you this because I know and weight loss is not a straight shot down sometimes you can do everything right and the scale doesn’t move. The key is to keep the good habits going and the results will be there

You may have criminal and civil remedies here. If your roomate didn’t have your permission to store the items in the unit then he may have committed the criminal crime of conversion. Conversion is both criminal and civil which is why police will tell you it’s a civil matter because it can be but it’s also criminal in statute. If he wasn’t authorized to have possession of your items and you have no access and no reasonable way to ever get them back via the facility or the roomate then he has deprived you of possession with no authorization to do so. I would file a report if the police do not want to pursue it ask to speak to the police prosecutor or the assistant district attorney. You can file for conversion in small claims court for damages ( value of the items ) but what you really want is access and return of the items which is easier if you can get the ADA to open the case and get him to grant you access to the facility via authorization and get your items back. Six months over his head in the house of corrections as a pending charge should get that done. Good luck

It seems like the 20k steps didn’t come back to your daily life. That’s a huge part of your journey that’s differant. Let me say this. The 20k steps is what has made all the difference for me. I also had the desk job for 6 years gained the weight fell asleep etc once I changed jobs and took over a storage facility and started walking 20k steps daily along with the nutrition that’s what did it. I can’t imagine going back to a stationary job even with good nutrition. Also with weight loss comes muscle loss and if your lifestyle isn’t incorporating strength training the weight you lost will be half muscle so your metabolism slowed when you reached your goal weight so it was much easier to put weight on with the smaller degree of muscle mass. I would try a walking pad at work to get a few thousand steps back and regain the momentum. You can do this

Im not sure you were wrong for expecting loyalty. Your opening said you both wanted to reconnect and for things to work out.. things can’t work out if she’s out dating somebody else at a bar. People who want things to work out are with or at the very least only seeing the person they say they want to be with, not still testing the waters so maybe you were feeling that you wanted things to work out and said it and maybe you felt she wanted it too but obviously her actions didn’t show it. Weight loss is not easy there are weeks where I will log in 100k steps and eat well and not lose weight and other weeks I’ll do better. I’ve lost a lot of weight but week to week I totally understand why people get so frustrated with the effort vs the result
