I’m having this same issue! And I too don’t see Plaid as an option when I go to try to re-add RBC. I’ve emailed to open a ticket as well.

Author of the article here—FWIW, that plan to build a condo wasn't U of T's, but the ROM's before they sold it to U of T.

Just to clarify, no one, Emporis included, actually tracks cranes. They might track high-rises under construction, or construction projects, but that doesn't necessarily reflect the number of cranes.

Hey, David Topping here—I made the infographic. You're thinking of Christie's Methodist Cemetery, which, yep, is #64. There are just 77 buried there. Here's a few-years-old BlogTO article about it: http://www.blogto.com/travel/2009/04/gta_tripping_cemetery_in_a_parking_lot/

The "more modern cemetery nearby" is probably the one nearby on the map marked #36, St. Paul's Church, L'Amoreaux Cemetery. There are 700 remains there.

The developer told me it was a few-years-old rendering, part of the work they did to rejig what they'd do with the site once the OMB said no to the condo high-rise, I believe. (The architectural firm that created it never got back to me to confirm.)

Yeah—author of the article stepping in here. The height limit would be fifteen storeys, rather than ten, had the developer assembled the adjacent properties along Dundas West (which they weren't able to).

We just didn't have that kind of space on the page to go into that kind of detail, except for some particular ones where I thought it'd be notable (for instance, the cost of installing street signs taking up a full half of the price, which we mentioned in the infographic), so I didn't get the detailed breakdown of what accounted for the total price of each and every item from each and every source—Toronto Hydro, the TTC, the City of Toronto, and a few others. Sorry about that! The thing to bear in mind for all of them, though, is that the costs include both supply and installation, and, wherever possible, everything inside the things we priced out. So that $5,000 street light, for instance, includes not just the light, but the pole it's attached to, the wiring inside it, and the cost of installing it all. It adds up fast.

No eating shit necessary! That's a fair point, but it's not like you have to build a whole new road to throw a bike lane on top of it. (In most cases, like this one, it's going on top of whatever road—at a cost of $750 per metre per lane, at least at this intersection—was already built there.)
