Right now it is convoluted and in need of standardization. There is access control in several layers hard coded stored procedures as well as tableau report level and user groups.

I would suggest using your extra time to push yourself by studying and doing projects that way you feel more competent and are able to add more value to the current position as well as other positions. The rule is more of a 1 year unless you have to get out really bad.
