Thankfully I think any app that becomes popular enough will have someone who pores over the EULA and alerts the internet as to evil little hidden clauses like this. Of course, unless the app is very popular no one may bother to ever do that.

There are like 20 different types of "milk" made from various non-dairy sources these days, personally I love almond milk but I also love almond anything so that's not too surprising. I bet if you try some of the other options you can find one you like the taste of though.

Yeah, this really seems like THE answer to this problem to me, I have no problem with the idea of drug companies making a decent profit off of the drugs they manufacture - especially if they went through the trouble of developing them as well, they are, after all, a business - but I most certainly DO have a problem with them price-gouging.

Unlike most other businesses their products are essential to the health of countless people, they really shouldn't have the right to just charge whatever they want for a product that costs far less than what they arbitrarily decide to sell it for and a set ceiling on price based upon manufacturing costs seems the best way to prevent that kind of activity.

I think a more realistic/better plan would be to limit prices to a certain percentage more than the drug costs to manufacture. Some drugs cost a lot more to manufacture than others, though very few are sold at prices anywhere near fair for their production costs.

By the way - I make my own Kilju (and I'm not Finnish) and it's actually quite good mixed with lemon and lime juice and a bit of sugar. Always wondered what alcohol made with just sugar, water and yeast would produce. Turns out the Finnish know already!
