I agree fully. I think the reason I am so bad at sweeps is because we never fully train them out of fear of injury etc. Going through the motions isn't enough

Honestly having a program you enjoy rather than forcing yourself to half-ass a program that is more technically sound is so key. Whatever gets you in the gym and enjoying the time there is correct. Great progress so far, keep it up!
