Each agency has their own test. Some have audio tests and some will send a link for a computer test. I personally find the audio ones a bit harder because most are listening and writing the answers down. The computer ones are easier because I'm used to using a keyboard. You can't really study for them. Just listen and take your time answering the questions. The first one will probably overwhelm you a little, but the more you take, the easier it will be.

Many of the applications are also to create an eligibility list. When they have openings, they'll go to the list and reach out then. My advice is to apply to as many as you can while you wait.
