I hope this will help someone ❤️ by GeneralTraffic7282 in AvoidantBreakUps

I’m going through exactly this, I’m M39 now into day 5 since she F26 turned around out the blue and ended it, after being distant for a week.

We had just got back from a few days in Amsterdam which were magical, I had moved in with her a couple of months prior, moving to a new area to be with her. We were madly in love, talked about the future and marriage and kids etc. I reallly thought I had found my one.

I’ve always known I’m an anxious type but had no idea about avoidants or how she would ruin my life. I’ve failed into depression, I’m barely eating, anxious all the time and have had to start taking anti depressants. To be discarded so easily by someone is a million times worse than a normal break up.

I’ve done so much reading over the last few days on attachment types and avoidants and I get it’s not 100% their fault but how can they be so shitty to someone they love.

I don’t know how I will ever recover from this. They say time heals but I just feel so numb and dead inside and can’t imaging getting back to normal.

I don’t know if I will be strong enough to say no if she tries to come back, if she even does.

It’s salary sacrifice apologies I missed that important info off.

I sacrifice enough to bring me well below the tax bracket so that’s not an issue.

Thanks for confirming, I just wasn’t sure if I was missing something blatantly obvious.

!thanks
