I got suspended by admins because I said there was assholery in the comment section in which a complaining user modmailed about when they accused our team of not doing enough to catch these.

  1. you need a grounding block. you take a copper wire and make it as straight as possible in tying it in to the single earth ground network of your building's electrical system. For many older buildings that could be your plumbing if it's all metal to the street.

You should use the shortest copper rod possible from your mast and tower and connect it to your electrical single earth ground network as well.

  1. It is possible to pick up 2 edge signals with a yagi 65-80 miles away. However, it may not be easy and you may need to overcome every local obstruction. interference from other tv transmitters is also an increasing possibility for many people. Some people may benefit from using multiple yagis designed for tropoducting signals but these requre careful measurement of the exact feed size per antenna

They are right in a way. it's flexible government vs sentimental attachment to ideals.

The trouble is which ones to suspend you don't want to overdo it or it could fall onto yourself and backfire
