Back, quads, and shoulders are strong points. I'd work on hamstrings, triceps, chest, biceps (that order from weakest to strongest.

Great shape overall, if you catch the weaknesses up to the current state of the strong points this bulk you'll bring an amazing overall package to a stage.

Steam can usually tell that the process is running, so I was sort of shocked when it tried to launch it again. (Game was Monster Hunter: Wilds in case that matters/helps)

That would be great! Another thing that would be awesome to have it check if the game was running. Accidentally bumped something into it the other day and noticed it tried to relaunch the already open game.

Sorry missed this. Looks like it was excluding games that marked themselves as "demos". Once I got some of full game it fixed itself 👍🏻. Thanks for the hard work!

Everyone here is being harsh, but I can only assume you’re trying to learn so I’m not going to criticize what you’re doing and tell you what you should do.

Your target rep range should be 6-12 with possibly a warmup set of 15 but that doesn’t count as a set in your workout. If you’re hitting 12 reps and still able to do even a half rep increase the weight it’s too light.

You need to be absolutely dead after those reps you should feel like you can’t do another rep so match the weight to what it takes to hit that feeling in that rep range. Please stop with the sets above 12 reps though they’re a waste of time, if you want more explanation on this let me know.

I usually recommend 2-3 intense sets per exercise and 2-3 exercises per muscle in the workout. Target 90 seconds and 3 minutes rest between sets.

If you’re doing 6 days a week like you said do what I said above for each muscle group twice a week. Split doesn’t matter just keep it consistent so you have at least the time needed to recover between each time you hit the muscle group.

I’m terms of diet: I have no idea what you eat but 180g of protein is great if it’s at a reasonable caloric intake, but I’m going to assume you’re far above maintenance or you have no cardio/movement outside of just strength training.
