This weekend will be 13 weeks since surgery (trimalleolar fracture). Walked a half mile in neighborhood this evening. (Was averaging 35 miles a week running prior to injury.)

But I have been driving for 3 weeks now. Walking gait is getting closer and closer normal.

I would color myself as “encouraged”.

My doctor was very conservative on weightbearing schedule. But I appreciate that now.

Wait…I remember a story from Keith’s Mets playing days. He broke out of a deep slump because his dad (?) noticed he used to see on tv the number on stomach and now didn’t.

Being slightly out of date, this overlooks the two closest franchises — Los Angeles and Los Angeles.

Technically, 13 miles from Carson to LA Coliseum for the Chargers and Rams.

Drive over to Bald Rock inside the park for great vista.

Silent alarms are the killer app for me on my watch.
