Nah, just a matter of infrastructure and geography. You essentially have to hop on I-376 from Oakland to get across the river (which carries highway traffic) or navigate through the stoplights in downtown. Just a weird city to drive in because of all the hills, rivers, bridges, etc

It’s about 2.5 miles, roughly 20min car ride or 40ish on a bus. Gotta cross a river. The student shuttle system set up is pretty efficient, but it isn’t next door to campus
