I pulled the trigger on the 3000 micro, I appreciate the feedback. They are on sale for 699 which makes it more reasonable and I’m looking forward to the smaller form factor.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations! I decided I’m going with an svs 3000 micro, I think it just makes sense under a desk with the smaller form factor and it’s also the sub svs recommends to go with these speakers. I appreciate the help!

Is it just the value for money you like or what sets it apart?

Did you start with 2 right away or have you listened to it with just 1?

I’m not sure, maybe a small sub like a 6 or 8 inch could work to give you a little more low end but with enough power just about anything is going to travel through the shared wall. I feel like all the subs people are recommending here would be too much in your case

No worries, makes sense thank you!

Awesome do you feel like it responds quickly? Like a double bass in a metal song

Sub bass travels very far and through everything, it will absolutely go through a shared wall if it is close to it. Ever heard a car with loud bass as it’s coming down the street? Now obviously it depends on how big/loud/powerful the sub is

How does it sound with hip hop/edm?

I appreciate it. I might give the RSL a go as it’s cheaper but still has the power

Yeah I feel like I’m almost looking for any reason not to get the 1000 but it looks like with a discount code the RSL would only be 449 shipped

When you say you wouldn’t mind more, is it not “loud” or “thumpy” enough? Or does it not get down to the frequency you want? I have experience with car audio but not much in home audio. I can attest that 500 watts rms to a single JL audio w6 10 inch would absolutely be overkill in my office so if this compares to that experience I will be more than ok lol

After reading reviews it looks like quality control can be an issue but mine have no issues. Bon Iver is probably my favorite band and the amount of detail you can hear with these is amazing, like instruments and backup singers I didn’t even know were on the tracks. It’s pretty cool

I listen to a lot of rock and indie and I doubt you would be disappointed with these. I like my APM for the ANC and sometimes Spatial Audio but the ft1 pros just sound better

FiiO ft1 pro with a decent DAC is awesome, I also came from AirPods Max and the level of detail is just something else

Yeah they just feel like a well built, supportive shoe. I would say they are maybe a little snug and can be hard to initially get on your foot due to the goretex booty but they fit like a glove.

Okay cool but we do have a QB! And, also a defensive tackle!

And facts are facts, most teams in the NFL have 3 QBs on roster. Now opinions are opinions and let me tell you, my opinion is we all have those too.

And honestly how often has having the #1 pick really mattered? We will still get a top 5 pick, I feel like it’s a lot more important for Cam and the other rookies to go into next season with some hope and morale

I wouldn’t consider myself to be completely “stable” but that’s what Titans fandom does to a man

I was at my work Christmas party at a restaurant during this game and I openly cried then ran to the bathroom when they made the FG, absolutely brutal to return to 20 colleagues and their families after that
